Day 1
Depart aboard our deluxe motorcoach as we head south for 5 days celebrating our great Military. Overnight accommodations in Alexandria, VA at the HOLIDAY INN ALEXANDRIA AT CARLYLE. Welcome dinner tonight.
Day 2
This morning we depart to Norfolk, VA for the VIRGINIA INTERNATIONAL TATTOO. We begin our Tattoo experience at the HULLABALOO featuring outdoor performances from pipers, dancers, drill teams and drum lines to get you ready for the main show. The Tattoo offers an astounding display of inspirational military music, majestic massed pipes and drums, show stopping drill team maneuvers, colorful and elegant dancers, and much more. 3 nights on Virginia Beach at the HOLIDAY INN OCEANSIDE - our rooms have PRIVATE BALCONIES FACING THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. Dinner tonight in our hotel.
Day 3
After breakfast we spend the day in NORFOLK, a city rich in maritime history. Board the VICTORY ROVER for our 2 hour narrated cruise including a BOX LUNCH. Cruise the smooth waters of the Elizabeth River and Hampton Roads Harbor to witness the majesty of the Navy’s aircraft carriers, nuclear submarines, guided missile cruises and other vessels that make up the world’s most powerful seagoing armada. Explore the NAUTICUS AND BATTLESHIP WISCONSIN - one of the Navy’s largest and last battleships built. Dinner tonight in Virginia Beach.
Day 4
Enjoy a leisurely day in Virginia Beach to stroll the boardwalk, relax by the pool, go souvenir shopping or visit the Aquarium. Farewell dinner tonight.
Day 5
We depart with memories of our time in Virginia.
